Exclusively listed for sale with novi marine is this 1978 Halmatic ARUN 52 class Lifeboat built by Halmatic and fitted by Berthon in the UK.
The recently taken out of service Ásgrimur S. Björnsson, operated by the ICESAR (Icelandic Rescue Organisation) is for sale. Because the vessel had just been taken out of service, she is well maintained. In 2002 the vessel came to Iceland after it operated in the Shetlands from 1978-1997 under the RNLI. Since 2002 she was stationed in Reykjavik.
She is still equipped with various equipment such as VHF’s, Radar, Class A AIS, and others.
